I had almost finished homework, when my brother had told me that we were going to run. He told me to get ready (since I can't go running alone my brother comes) and walked up the tan tiled stairs. He changed into his "running outfit" and I changed into mine. His favorite color is black, so he dressed up in a sleeveless black shirt, and black with grey strips shorts. I dressed as normal, I mean its not like I was going to a ball.
My brother and I stepped outside, calling to my parents to lock the door. The sky was dark, the sun had already set, I was in a black box. The sky swirled blackness, showing the compound no sign of the sun, as if it had vanished. I led, but soon was past by the guy in black. The lamp posts on the street were on, children (younger than me) played with their glowing light sabers, pretending to battle. A mother handling a dog, and her younger daughter on a scooter. We ran 2 laps around the compound, and arrived at home with my brother trying to catch his breath. We were breathing heavily, with each breath came heavy air weighing you down. We drank water, and after a few minutes were back in sync. It was good exercise, except it isn't very much...but better than running on the same street. I'm trying to improve everyday.
